Dr. Vasiliki Diamantopoulou holds a BSc in Product and Systems Design Engineering and a Master of Science in ‘Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems’ from the University of the Aegean. She obtained her PhD in 2014, studying the effects of different forms of hard and soft ICT capital in firms' innovation activity. Also, she has a seven-year experience in managing European and National research projects from a technical and administrative viewpoint. Currently, she is a Research Fellow at the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics at the University of Brighton, UK, participating in the European H2020 project “VisiOn”, studying ways of enhancing citizens’ levels of confidence and trust in Public Administration online services. Her research interests lie in the area of Privacy of Information Systems, eGovernment and Interoperability Frameworks, and eBusiness Information Systems.

Charalambos Alexopoulos is a Ph.D. Candidate at University of the Aegean and Research Associate in the Information Systems Laboratory (ISL/AEGEAN-RU), working on high-level policy making, research and pilot application FP7 and national projects (ENGAGE, PADGETS, NOMAD, NET-EUCEN, PLUG-IN). A computer science graduate from the University of Peloponnese with MSc in management information systems from University of Aegean he has published in scientific conferences on IS evaluation, open data, enterprise interoperability and e-Government.

Aggeliki Androutsopoulou is Ph.D. candidate in the University of the Aegean. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Informatics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master of Science in "Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems" from the University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Enginnering. Currently, she is a Research Associate in the Information Systems Laboratory at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering, University of the Aegean. She has three years experience in managing European and National research projects from a technical and administrative viewpoint. Her research interests lie in the area of eGovernment and eBusiness Information Systems, Interoperability Frameworks, eParticipation and Policy modelling.

Niki Kyriakou is a Ph.D. Candidate and Research Assistant at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering, University of the Aegean, Greece. She holds a BSE in Information and Communication Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in “Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems” from the University of the Aegean. Her research interests lie in the area of Enterprise Systems and Cloud Computing.

Kallia Anastasopoulou is a Ph.D. Candidate, at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering of the University of the Aegean. Her research interests lie in the area of Privacy Economics (emphasizing on Behavioral Economics & Privacy). She is a member of the ''Security and Privacy Economics Group'' of the University of Aegean. She has worked as a Consultant in MIS and Accounting for several years. She is a member of ACM, AIS, IAPP and the American Economic Association (AEA). Also, she has been awarded an Heraklitus II PhD Fellowship by the Education and Lifelong Learning Operational Programme (NSRF 2007-2013). During her PhD studies she took the "Erasmus Mobility Grant" and she had a few months research collaboration with the «Systems Centre» and the «Cryptography Group», in the Faculty of Engineering, at the University of Bristol, UK.

Theodoros Apostolatos holds a Bachelor Degree from Technical University of Crete, Department of Production Engineering & Management and a Master of Science in "Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems" from the University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering. Currently, he is a PhD Candidate in the University of the Aegean. His research interests lie in the area of Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, E-commerce Strategies and Website Quality.

Lefkothea Spiliotopoulou is a Ph.D. Candidate and a Research Associate in the Information Systems Laboratory at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering, University of the Aegean. She holds a Bachelor Degree from University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in "Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems" from the University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering. She is a member of the organizing committee of «Samos 2010 Summit», «Samos 2011 Summit» and «Samos 2012 Summit» respectively. She is actively taking part in European and National Projects. Her research interests lie in the area of eGovernment, eParticipation, Policy Modelling and Opinion Mining.

Irene Christopoulou holds a Master of Science degree in "Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems" at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering of the University of the Aegean. Currently, she is a Ph.D. Candidate in the University of the Aegean, in the areas of e-Business (especially on electronic marketing).


Anna Triantafillou
holds a Master degree in Organisational Behaviour & HR Management and a BSc Degree in Management & Systems from City University of London. Currently she is a Ph.D. candidate supervised by Dr. Euripidis Loukis in the field of Management Information Systems at the Department of Information and Communication Systems, University of the Aegean. She is working in the Consulting division of Athens Technology Center, as Project Manager. She is involved in the field of eBusiness and eGovernment applications, User Requirements Capture, Specifications development and Project Management both in European and National R&D projects. Her research interests’ lie in the fields of Systems Analysis, Enterprise level Modelling, eGovernment & eBusiness applications. She is the Project Coordinator of the eParticipation projects: OURSPACE, eMPOWER, MOMENTUM, LEX-IS, WEB-DEP.

Andreas Skalkos holds a BSc in Computer Science from H.O.U and a MSc (hons) in “Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems” from the University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communications Systems Engineering. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate supervised by Prof. Spyros Kokolakis, in the area of Security and Privacy in the Information Society, at the University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering. He has worked for several years in the private sector as a developer of B2C, B2B web portals with “e-Samos”.Since 2008 he is ICT Advisor of the Municipality of Vathi Samos, responsible for the Office of Planning, Development & Information Technology. He is member of Technical Committee of “Ikaros Network”, an inter-municipal collaboration network of Municipalities of Crete and Aegean Islands for Information & Communication Systems.
